We're not a church, but we work extensively with churches! You may have heard of businesses that engage in mystery shopping to learn more about what customers think and feel when they shop at their stores....we have adapted those same principals for churches.

Faith Perceptions provides customized measurement tools to provide feedback and statistically accurate information to church leaders on how their worship services are experienced by visitors. We send in "unchurched" individuals to have the Sunday morning experience from a first time visitor's perspective; they then fill out a survey that we've designed with the church leadership and explain their experience. The "mystery visitor" earns $25 and the church gains valuable insight on how they can be more hospitable and welcoming to newcomers!

Another great service we offer to church leaders and pastors is market research. We're working with a church now who is looking to plant a satellite location in another community, so we're holding blind focus groups to determine the community's receptiveness and predisposition. We will use the information gleaned in the focus group to generate a survey for the entire community so we know what issues might be lurking before the church makes the investment to plant.

We spend the majority of our time working with small and mid-sized businesses, but love helping churches grow as well. We work with churches throughout the state of Missouri.
