Community Upgrades

Later this month we’re releasing new video, photo and music players and a redesigned chat feature to all of our communities. We will also be including a new tab for Church groups.

New Media Players
The video, photo and music players each community are getting a new design and a few more features. The video and photo players will sport an updated look, with icons that match the theme and colors of your social network. Better yet, the buttons will only show while your mouse hovers over the player, gracefully sliding away when your mouse moves elsewhere.

Each network’s music player will have a new design, taking on your theme and colors. It will also become even easier to move between songs with sortable, clean playlists.

New Chat
All communities will soon have a completely redesigned Chat feature.
Chat will become a persistent bar across the page. It will also include optional audio notifications, the ability to pop Chat out into a new window and a few other enhancements you’ve been asking for.

Church Groups
We have heard several success stories from churches using our community to train, develop, encourage, and communicate with their volunteers. To help facilitate this, and to continue building a stronger community, we are going to be featuring a new FREE directory for churches. To get your church listed, create a group for your church, invite your volunteers to join, and then let us know. We will list you in the directory for free. Details will follow once we launch this feature.
